The GreEnergy Field App is an internal workforce application for employees and contracted personnel of GreEnergy Resources LLC ("GreEnergy", "we", "us"). It is used for scheduling, job site safety documentation, team communication, and career development. This policy describes what information the app handles and how it is used. It applies to the iOS and Android apps and the web version at greenergyapp.com.
Accounts are provisioned by GreEnergy through company onboarding. The app has no public sign-up. You sign in with your company-issued Google Workspace account or with credentials issued by a GreEnergy administrator. When your engagement with GreEnergy ends, your access is deactivated by the company.
The app does not collect your location, does not contain advertising or third-party analytics, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Information in the app is used to run GreEnergy field operations: coordinating crews and schedules, documenting job site safety, supporting accurate payroll and billing, enabling team communication, and supporting technician career development. It is used for these business purposes only.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. Data is stored and processed by service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), Expo (application updates and push notification delivery), Apple and Google (push notification transport), and Fly.io (web hosting). These providers process data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to meet safety and regulatory obligations.
Safety records such as JSAs are retained as required by workplace safety regulations and customer contracts. Employment-related records follow GreEnergy's records retention policy. Other app content is kept while it remains operationally useful. When your engagement ends, your account is deactivated. To request deletion of information that GreEnergy is not legally required to keep, or to ask any question about your data, contact the app administrator below and we will respond within 30 days.
